Williamson is a 2005 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Honors fraternity and the Arkansas Student Bar Association. After graduation, Mr. Williamson was admitted to Missouri State Bar and went into private practice at Hulston, Jones & Marsh in Springfield, Missouri. He later became a partner with that firm in 2010. Mr. Williamson practiced in the area of civil litigation for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, focusing on family law, estate planning, probate administration and employment law, including unemployment and workers’ compensation. Mr. Williamson received his Guardian Ad Litem certification in 2006 and served in that capacity on numerous cases. While in Missouri, Mr. Williamson was a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. He served on the Greene County Juvenile Law Committee, the Missouri Bar Family Law Committee and was elected as the District 11 Representative of the Missouri Young Lawyers Section Council. Mr. Williamson relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas and was admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in 2011. He took a position with The Owings Law Firm, and has practiced with the firm since that time offering legal services in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate administration, and personal injury.
